Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026. These are the terms that apply to rentals made today.
What the service is
RigRentals rents you a remote computer with a dedicated GPU, for a fixed number of hours, streamed to your browser or a streaming client. You pay per hour. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
How a rental works
- Your rig starts automatically once payment is confirmed, and shuts down automatically when your paid hours run out.
- Everything on the rig is destroyed when the rental ends. Anything you want to keep must be downloaded before then — every rig includes a file browser for this.
- Each rig includes 50 GB of disk. Additional storage can be added at checkout.
- You install and run your own software, using your own accounts and licences. We provide the hardware, not game or software licences.
Hardware and availability
Rigs are sourced from a live hardware marketplace, so the individual machine behind a rental varies. We hold each rig to a minimum specification for the tier you paid for, but the exact host, its location and its network speed differ between rentals. If a host fails to start your rig, we move you to another machine automatically.
What these rigs cannot do
Online games that use kernel-level anti-cheat do not work on this service, and we cannot make them work — the anti-cheat rejects virtualised and shared hosts by design. Single-player games, and multiplayer games without kernel-level anti-cheat, are unaffected. This is a hard limitation, not a temporary gap; see the FAQ before renting if this affects the game you want to play.
Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. Sessions that breach it are terminated without refund.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown per hour before you pay, including any storage add-on. Card payments are processed by Whop; crypto payments by the provider shown at checkout. Refunds and failed sessions are handled under the Refund & Failed-Session Policy.
Limits of responsibility
We are responsible for providing the rig you paid for, for the hours you paid for. We are not responsible for data you leave on a rig when it shuts down, for the behaviour of third-party software you install, or for interruptions caused by your own network or device. If we cannot deliver a working rig, the remedy is a refund or a replacement rental — see the refund policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes apply to rentals made after that date, not retroactively.
