Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 6 August 2026. These rules apply to every rental.

You may not use a rented rig to

• Break the law, or attack, scan, or gain unauthorised access to other systems or networks.
• Mine cryptocurrency.
• Circumvent anti-cheat systems, cheat in online games, or attempt to bypass game protections.
• Host or distribute illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• Send spam or operate services that harm others.
• Violate the terms of the hardware marketplace the rig is sourced from.

What a rig is for

Gaming, rendering, AI/ML work, and general compute, for the hours you paid for. If you're unsure whether your workload fits, ask before you rent — jasoncomerfordny@gmail.com.

Enforcement

Breaching this policy ends the session immediately and without refund. Where a breach involves attacking others or illegal content, we cooperate with the upstream hardware provider and with law enforcement.

Reporting abuse

If a RigRentals machine is being used against you, email jasoncomerfordny@gmail.com with the IP address and timestamps and we will investigate.
