Last updated 6 August 2026Refund & failed-session policy
This is how refunds and failed sessions are handled. It's written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate, and it's what we actually follow.
What happens today if something goes wrong
- Rig never starts / times out during setup: email us with your order ID. If your rig genuinely never became usable, we credit or refund the affected session โ handled case by case for now.
- Rig crashes or disconnects mid-session: email us with your order ID and roughly when it happened. We look at what we can see on our end and work out a fair outcome with you directly.
- You picked the wrong GPU/hours by mistake: contact us before your session starts if possible โ once a rig has booted and you've used meaningful time on it, refunds are less likely but we'll still hear you out.
- Anti-cheat / game compatibility issues: online titles with kernel-level anti-cheat are not supported (see the FAQ) โ this isn't a "failed session," it's an unsupported use case, so refunds aren't guaranteed for it. Ask before you pay if you're unsure.
The short version: if the service failed you through no fault of your own, email jasoncomerfordny@gmail.com with your order ID and what happened. We're a small team and handle these manually and in good faith โ there's no automated ticket queue.
