Play Hollow Knight in the cloud
Want to play Hollow Knight but don't have a gaming PC? Rent a cloud rig by the hour, install Hollow Knight with your own Steam account, and play it from any browser.
Hollow Knight runs beautifully on a rented RigRentals rig. Because it's a single-player title, it works great through our built-in launcher — you sign in with your own Steam account, it installs, and you play. No gaming hardware of your own required.
The RTX 3060 rig at $1.50/hr is our recommended tier for Hollow Knight; step up to an RTX 4090 or 5090 if you also want to play more demanding titles in the same session.
What Hollow Knight needs on a rented rig
Hollow Knight fits in the included 50 GB with room to spare. 2 hours on an RTX 3060 rig at $1.50/hr comes to $3.00.

Which rig for Hollow Knight?
Hollow Knight is a hand-drawn 2D metroidvania and runs far above the frame cap on the base rig.
Worth knowing before you start
It's precision-timing heavy, so streaming latency matters more than raw frames. Play on a wired or 5 GHz connection and pick the screen size that matches your device to avoid the client scaling the picture.
