Cloud gaming without a subscription
Most cloud gaming means a monthly bill and a fixed library. RigRentals is different: rent a real high-end gaming PC by the hour, install whatever you want, and pay only for the time you play.
Pay-as-you-go vs. subscriptions
Services like GeForce Now, Xbox Cloud Gaming and Shadow charge a recurring fee whether you play or not, and you're limited to whatever's in their catalog or tier. RigRentals hands you a full desktop with a dedicated GPU — closer to renting an actual PC than to a streaming catalog — and bills in hourly blocks starting at $1.50.

When RigRentals is the better choice
- You play in bursts. A few hours on the weekend costs a few dollars — not a subscription that renews whether you touch it or not.
- You don't own a gaming PC. Stream a real RTX rig to a laptop, Chromebook, phone or Steam Deck.
- You want your own games. Install single-player and DRM-free titles through the built-in launcher instead of being stuck with a catalog.
- You value privacy or pay in crypto. Rent with Bitcoin or 300+ coins, no account needed.
- You need raw horsepower briefly — a render, a benchmark, a graphics-heavy session — without buying a $2,000 card.
When a subscription might suit you better
If you game many hours every single day and only play titles in a provider's catalog, a flat monthly subscription can work out cheaper. RigRentals is built for everyone else — the players who want power on demand and hate paying for months they don't use.
