Play God of War in the cloud
Want to play God of War but don't have a gaming PC? Rent a cloud rig by the hour, install God of War with your own Steam account, and play it from any browser.
God of War runs beautifully on a rented RigRentals rig. Because it's a single-player title, it works great through our built-in launcher — you sign in with your own Steam account, it installs, and you play. No gaming hardware of your own required.
The RTX 4090 rig at $2.00/hr is our recommended tier for God of War — it delivers high-end 1440p/4K gaming with ray tracing and DLSS.
What God of War needs on a rented rig
God of War needs about 50 GB of extra storage on top of the included 50 GB. 2 hours on an RTX 4090 rig at $2.00/hr plus 50 GB of storage at $0.007/GB comes to $4.35.

Which rig for God of War?
A cinematic single-player game that wants a real GPU for its 1440p+ presentation -- and one of the best-behaved big titles on Linux hardware like ours.
Worth knowing before you start
Around 70 GB, so plan on a storage add-on. A story game like this suits a few long sessions rather than many short ones.
